Three weeks, £150 in deposits and two withdrawals gave me a solid picture of this slots-led site. I registered with a Visa debit card, claimed the welcome offer, played Book of Dead and Big Bass Bonanza for most of my sessions, and cashed out £86 to PayPal on day nine. I wrote this Jokers Ace casino review from that account. Jokers Ace holds a UK Gambling Commission remote casino licence, takes payments in pounds sterling and offers 2,400+ titles across slots, jackpots, table games and live dealers. Deposits start at £10, my PayPal payout landed 11 hours after I requested it, and the welcome bonus carries 10x wagering. Three things annoyed me: no dedicated app, a pending period of up to 24 hours on withdrawals, and live chat that closes at midnight.
You land on a black, red and gold card-table design, with the welcome offer, ten featured slots and a jackpot ticker on the first screen. Search sits top right. Filters for provider, volatility and feature, including Megaways, cluster pays and Hold and Win, cut the 2,400 titles down to a dozen in three taps.
Registration took four minutes. Jokers Ace asked for my name, address, date of birth and mobile number, then requested a passport photo and a council tax bill before my first withdrawal. Staff approved both documents in three hours. Upload them on day one, before you deposit, and you skip the wait later.
The library is smaller than at the biggest UK brands, some of which list 3,000+ games, and Jokers Ace has no sportsbook. If you spin reels more than you place accumulators, you will not miss it. I checked each fact in the table below against my own account.

Jokers Ace casino UK operates under a remote casino licence from the UK Gambling Commission, which lets it accept customers in Great Britain. The footer links to the Commission's register, so you can confirm the licence yourself in under a minute. That licence requires Jokers Ace to verify your age and identity, keep your balance separate from company funds, use independently tested random number generators and give you tools to control your spending.
I tested those tools. Under Account, then Safer Gambling, I set a £100 weekly deposit limit in under a minute. Jokers Ace applies a lower limit at once and delays any increase by 24 hours, which frustrated me on a Friday night and protected me from myself. Reality checks pop up at intervals you choose, and I picked 30 minutes. Time-outs run from 24 hours to six weeks, and self-exclusion runs from six months to five years. Jokers Ace takes part in GamStop, so registering there blocks your account.
Providers such as NetEnt and Play'n GO publish return-to-player figures that testing labs audit, and Jokers Ace encrypts logins and payments. Links to BeGambleAware and GamCare sit in the footer of each page. Six protections apply to your account:
New customers get a 100% match on the first deposit up to £100, plus 50 free spins on Book of Dead. I deposited £50 and received £50 in bonus funds. That means you wager £500 (10x the bonus) before you can withdraw the bonus balance. The spins landed within a minute of my deposit, and Jokers Ace spent my cash balance before touching the bonus funds.
Each spin is worth £0.10, so the 50 spins give you £5 of play. Winnings convert to bonus funds with the same 10x wagering. You have 30 days to finish, and the maximum stake while wagering is £5 per spin. I broke that rule once with a £6 spin, and the site blocked the stake and showed a warning instead of voiding my bonus. Jackpot slots and some table games do not count toward wagering, so check the exclusion list before you switch games.
Regulars get four more offers, and each needs an opt-in.
| Bonus Type | Offer Summary | Key Conditions |
| Welcome Bonus | 100% match up to £100 plus 50 free spins on Book of Dead for a first deposit from £10. | 10x wagering on bonus funds and free spin winnings; £5 maximum stake; 30 days to complete. |
| Free Spin Fridays | 20 free spins on a featured slot when you deposit £20 or more on a Friday. | Spins worth £0.10 each; winnings carry 10x wagering; opt-in required. |
| Slot Tournaments | Leaderboard races each Wednesday with a £2,500 prize pool across the top 50 places. | Minimum £0.20 spin to qualify; prizes pay as cash. |
| Monday Cashback | 10% back on net slot losses from the previous week, up to £50. | Paid as cash with no wagering; bonus-funded losses do not qualify. |
A £100 deposit on the welcome offer gives you £200 to play with and £1,000 to wager before the bonus portion becomes withdrawable. Work out that figure before you opt in.
Jokers Ace handles everything in pounds, so conversion fees never touch your balance. I deposited with Visa debit and PayPal, and both posted to my balance as I confirmed them. Jokers Ace charges no deposit fees, though your own bank might.
The cashier accepts Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Open Banking transfers through Faster Payments. Pay by Phone (Boku) works for deposits up to £30 per day, with no withdrawals back to your phone bill. Credit cards do not work here, because UK law has banned them for gambling since 2020. Jokers Ace pays withdrawals back to the method you deposited with where it can, so pick one you want to keep using.
| Method | Type | Min Deposit | Min Withdrawal | Withdrawal Time |
| Visa Debit | UK debit card | £10 | £10 | 2 to 5 working days after approval. My £40 payout took three. |
| Mastercard Debit | UK debit card | £10 | £10 | 2 to 5 working days after approval. |
| PayPal | E-wallet | £10 | £20 | Same day after approval. My £86 arrived 11 hours after the request. |
| Apple Pay | Mobile wallet | £10 | £20 | Up to 24 hours after approval. |
| Open Banking | Faster Payments transfer | £10 | £20 | 1 to 2 working days after approval. |
| Pay by Phone (Boku) | Phone bill | £10 | Not available | Deposit only, £30 per day. |
A £10 deposit unlocks the welcome offer and every promotion in the table above. Withdrawals start at £10 on debit cards and £20 on PayPal, Apple Pay and bank transfers. The ceiling sits at £5,000 per withdrawal and £20,000 per calendar month, and bigger wins pay out in instalments. Expect a request for payslips or bank statements on large cash-outs, as with any licensed UK operator.
After you request a withdrawal, Jokers Ace holds it in a pending status for up to 24 hours while the payments team checks your documents. Mine cleared in 11 hours on PayPal. Debit cards take longer once the money leaves, and the pending hold adds a day on top, so plan around a full working week if you cash out on a Friday. You can follow each request under Account, then Transactions.
| Limit Type | Amount | Notes |
| Minimum Deposit | £10 | Same across all methods. Pay by Phone caps at £30 per day. |
| Minimum Withdrawal | £10 to £20 | £10 on debit cards, £20 on PayPal, Apple Pay and bank transfer. |
| Maximum Per Withdrawal | £5,000 | Larger wins pay out in several instalments. |
| Maximum Per Month | £20,000 | Progressive jackpot wins sit outside this cap. |
| Pending Period | Up to 24 hours | Verified accounts clear sooner than new ones. |
Slots fill 2,000 of the 2,400 titles, from three-reel fruit machines to Megaways and cluster-pay grids. The rest covers 120 table games, 150+ live casino tables and a few dozen scratch cards and instant wins. Jackpot games number around 40, which is thin if progressives are your priority.
Play'n GO, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Blueprint Gaming, Big Time Gaming and Evolution supply most of the lobby. Big Bass Bonanza from Pragmatic Play became my default once the welcome spins ran out. Rainbow Riches and The Goonies from Blueprint will feel familiar if you have played in pubs or arcades. Search handles exact titles well and fails on typos: "Reactoons" returned nothing, while "Reactoonz" opened first time.
Evolution runs the live casino, with Lightning Roulette from £0.20 a spin and blackjack tables from £1. I played 40 minutes of blackjack at £1 a hand and lost £14, which taught me the tables move faster than slots. The RTP figures below come from the game info panels. Providers offer operators several RTP settings, so check the panel on each game before you play.
| Game | Provider | Style | RTP |
| Book of Dead | Play'n GO | High-volatility Egyptian adventure with free spins and expanding symbols. | 96.21% |
| Big Bass Bonanza | Pragmatic Play | Fishing-themed slot with money symbols and a free spins round. | 96.71% |
| Rainbow Riches | Blueprint Gaming | Irish-themed slot with pick-and-win bonus rounds. | 95.00% |
| Reactoonz | Play'n GO | Cluster-pay grid with cascading symbols and charged features. | 96.51% |
| Starburst | NetEnt | Low-volatility space slot with expanding wilds and re-spins. | 96.09% |
Jokers Ace runs a four-tier loyalty scheme called Ace Rewards: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You earn 1 point for each £10 you wager on slots and 1 point for each £20 on live casino. I collected 112 points in three weeks and reached Silver at 100, which unlocked a drop of 25 free spins each month. Points convert at 100 for £2 in cash, with no wagering attached.
Tiers depend on points, so a £10 depositor climbs the ladder the same way a £500 depositor does, at a slower pace. Higher tiers add cashback boosts. I did not reach them, so I cannot say how generous Gold feels. Jokers Ace lets you opt out of marketing emails, texts and push messages under Account, then Communication preferences.
Five basics to tick off before you chase points:
The desktop site uses a dark background with gold accents that make game tiles stand out. Menus for Games, Live, Promotions, Rewards and Help sit along the top, and the search bar stays in view as you scroll. Pages loaded in under two seconds on my 70 Mbps broadband.
Jokers Ace offers no iOS or Android app. You play in the browser, and it fits Safari on an iPhone 14 and Chrome on a Pixel 7 without trouble. Add the site to your home screen and you get an icon that behaves like an app. Slots load in about three seconds on 4G, portrait mode suits slots, and live tables work best in landscape. The missing app also means no Face ID or fingerprint login, so you type your password each session.
Responsible gambling controls work on mobile as on desktop. I set a deposit limit, started a 24-hour time-out and opened the GamStop link from my phone without switching devices.
Live chat runs from 8am to midnight UK time, and email support answers around the clock. At 9:40pm I opened chat to ask about the £5 maximum stake after my blocked spin. A bot asked for my email address, and a human agent joined four minutes later and quoted the exact clause from the bonus terms.
My email question about document formats got a reply in six hours. The help centre covers payments, bonus rules, game guides and safer gambling tools, and I found the answer on withdrawal times there without opening chat. Outside chat hours you wait for email, which frustrates anyone with a payment problem at 1am.
